Synopsis:

Slavonski Brod and Bosanski Brod are two cities on the opposite banks of the River Sava connected by the Brotherhood and Unity Bridge.  The boundary between the two cities, two administrative units and, at the time, two socialist republics runs through the middle of the river. The film offers a comical and sarcastic look at everyday difficulties encountered by the two cities which strive to be one despite being divided by a boundary and split in two by the River Sava.
