Synopsis:

Assembled from archival footage, the film chronicles the dynamic development of Sarajevo in the first two decades since its liberation from Nazi occupiers (on April 6, 1945). The film talks about the city’s history, architecture, monuments, culture, attractions and modern contrasts. Sarajevo’s rich history is presented through the literary works of Ivo Andrić’s and Izet Sarajlić’s poetry.
