Synopsis:

The hillside villages in west Herzegovina, near Ljubuški, struggled with poverty for centuries. The people of this region decided to self-organize to change their living conditions: they’ve built a school, a road to connect them with the rest of the world and they changed the course of the River Trebižat to solve their burning problem of water shortages. But that is not all; with the help of constructor Ismet Omerbegović they’ve built a small hydropower plant to supply them with electricity.
