Synopsis:

Each year in March, a traditional street festival of song and dance – the two favorite pastimes of the local people - is held in Cuba. This year, however, the carnival is held in specific circumstances because Cuba’s neighbors have placed the country and its leader Fidel Castro under economic blockade. Cuba is now organizing the world’s first “socialist carnival” – a cross between the popular street party and an organized promotion of the country’s economic achievements.
