Synopsis:

Documentary film about traffic accidents. The film opens with shots of a city in the morning, followed by scenes of the growing traffic rush that reveal the dangers brought by careless drivers and pedestrians. Camera follows reckless drivers, unaware that they had avoided death by pure chance. At the end, the film focuses on children and tells the story of a boy who was killed because his parents and a driver were not careful enough. The final scene shows members of the people’s police at work, regulating traffic.
