Synopsis:

A film dedicated to the Day of the Uprising against fascism in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The film is roughly divided in three distinct parts. The first deals with Bosnia-Herzegovina’s past and the oppression suffered by its people at the time, the second focuses on the people’s anti-fascist uprising, while the third talks about the victory of the people over Nazism. The film includes archive footage and photos found in historic archives throughout Yugoslavia, as well as the contemporary footage of paintings and sculptures inspired by the country’s past and World War II.
