Synopsis:

An authentic, moving story about the tragic destiny of Romani boy Perhan, a child abandoned by his mother and fathered by an unknown soldier. Perhan is endowed with telekinetic powers and lives his life in a limbo between the natural and supernatural worlds. The plot of the film is loosely tied to the issue of Roma children trafficking that was highly relevant at the time of its making. However, the story focuses on the intimate drama of the boy who is torn between his dreams and reality and between his desires and sadness. Perhan lives and dreams in the Gypsy neighborhood of Sutka (Macedonia) with his grandmother, his lame sister and his uncle - a cook who blows up their house every time he gets drunk and asks his mother for money which she does not want to give.
