Synopsis:

A married couple, Kirsten (German) and Emir (Bosnian), find out that they would not be able to have children, so they decide to adopt a child. They are adopting a little girl, Jasmina, from the Sarajevo orphanage. Things get complicated when they find out that Jasmina is a child from Republic of Srpska. Emir, war amputee, cannot accept to raise a child of his war enemies, and Kirsten is shocked with her husband’s new behavior...
