Synopsis:

A granade kills the parents of a ten-year-old boy during the siege of Sarajevo in 1994. His neighbor accepts him and raises him like her own son. Sarajevo is under siege, it is being shelled daily, and snipers are very active. The city is growing nervousness and lawlessness... When local bullies kick the boy out of his devastated apartment, he begins to wander the streets with his school mate, where he matures too fast and too soon. He chooses the wrong way.
