This film explores the possible reasons for the controversial acquitting verdicts in cases of var crime indictees Stanišić, Simatović and Gotovina, as well as the role of ICTY President, judge Meron who influenced the outcome of these trails by introducing a new standard of special intention. Is there a basis for the special intention standard in the international law? What are the possible far-reaching consequences for future international conflicts if this standard is applied in future trails? Is there a basis for the theory that judge Meron was under influence of US and Israeli military leaderships? Has there been a change in US administration policy regarding the Hague Tribunal?
