It has been more than 20 years since the closing of concentration camps for Bosniaks and Croats in Prijedor. It was a crime against civilians which reminded the world of Nazi crimes committed in WWII. Many victims returned to their homes in Prijedor from which they were forced out when Republika Srpska was established. This film features testimonies of camp survivors and reporters who already in 1992 published the shocking news that crimes very much alike to Nazi camps are taking place in Europe again: Ed Villiamy and Penny Marshal. This is a story about what was happening in the Prijedor camps, but also about the painful inefficiency of the institutions of international law.
