Synopsis:

In 1995 Sarajevo was a besieged city, held under constant artillery and sniper fire for more than three years. During this humanitarian and artistic emergency, members of the cult industrial punk band Laibach and the artists of NSK (« Neue Slowenische Kunst », New Slovenian Art) traveled across the burning ex-Yugoslavia to the besieged Sarajevo to declare the city a territory of the NSK State in Time.
