IGOR DRLJAČA was born in Sarajevo in 1983. He graduated Film directing and completed Master's studies in film production at the University of York, Canada. His short film WOMAN IN PURPLE produced by Sarajevo Film Festival’s fund Sarajevo City of Film, and was screened at numerous festivals. His film KAKO SAM ZAPALIO SIMONA BOLIVARA was screened and awarded at festivals such as the Toronto IFF, SXSW, Melbourne IFF, Cinema du Reel, Los Angeles FF, Sarajevo FF and FF Era New Horizons. Film KRIVINA, his debut feature film, was premiered at the Toronto FF, section Discovery, and was also screened at the Rotterdam FF, FF Sarajevo, Sofia FF, and the Era New Horizons FF. He is currently preparing feature film TABIJA, which has already been awarded by co-production markets in Rotterdam (Eurimages Co-production Development Award) and Sarajevo (CineLink Excellence Award).
